When I was had this problem, my father told me: " You must doing what ever you scare from, because you will need to some boldness on the some position, so it has to be the usually thing in your self, and by the time it will be easer for you.
But if you leaved and doesn't care about that weakness in your self, it will come bigger and bigger by the time.
I did my father advice, and I feeling now it's I am to better now than before.
Closing
That brings me to the end of my summary….. / In conclusion..
On the end, I have to tell you: "be strong, because you will not die if you doing anything which is you scared from it, the problem is not to make a mistake when you tried, but the problem is when you scare from the right thing which is  you have to doing.
